To register and maintain an Account on the Ratutogel platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Age Verification: Ratutogel reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account pending satisfactory age verification. Any winnings accrued by an Account found to belong to a minor will be forfeited.
To register an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
Ratutogel operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Users may be required to submit supporting documentation including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Ratutogel reserves the right to suspend or restrict Account activity until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. Ratutogel will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
Each individual may register only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts created by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or personal details — will be terminated, and all associated balances may be forfeited. Ratutogel employs automated systems to detect duplicate registrations.
The Ratutogel platform is made available to eligible Users for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform in accordance with this Agreement.
Ratutogel provides a fully browser-based platform accessible via standard desktop and mobile browsers on Android and iOS devices. No application download is required. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements necessary to access the Platform.
While Ratutogel endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance, technical disruptions, or downtime outside our control. Ratutogel accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability unless such unavailability is directly attributable to our gross negligence.
The Platform operates exclusively in English. In the event of any inconsistency between translated materials and the English version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
Ratutogel accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange — compatible with all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. The list of available payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit ceilings vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction. As a general guide, the minimum deposit is RM30 across most payment methods. Users may request adjustments to their deposit limits through Account settings or by contacting our support team.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Ratutogel does not accept payments from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from an account not belonging to the registered User may be returned and the associated wagers voided.
DuitNow and e-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are credited to your Ratutogel Account instantly. FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Ratutogel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
Ratutogel does not impose platform-side processing fees on deposits. Any fees charged are solely those of the issuing bank or e-wallet provider and are outside our control.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Users are processed within a target timeframe of under 5 minutes for DuitNow transfers. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected, the volume of pending requests, and the outcome of any applicable security review.
Withdrawals are available to Users whose Accounts have been fully verified via KYC. Any Account with incomplete verification may have withdrawal requests placed on hold pending satisfactory documentation. Ratutogel reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence prior to processing withdrawal requests at any time.
Real-money deposits are freely withdrawable at any time, subject to standard security checks. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement stated at the time the bonus was awarded. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds prior to satisfaction of the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of such funds.
Ratutogel applies an anti-money laundering policy that requires withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. In circumstances where this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be communicated by our support team.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards offered by Ratutogel are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in respect of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible games, and expiry date are disclosed at the time of claiming each bonus.
Ratutogel reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in bonus winnings (arbitrage), creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Accounts found to have engaged in such conduct may be suspended pending review.
Birthday bonuses of up to MYR 2,688 (available to VIP tier members) and referral bonuses of MYR 38 per successful referral are subject to separate programme terms, including minimum activity thresholds and eligibility requirements. These terms are available in the promotions section of the Platform.
All wagers placed on the Ratutogel platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game or sports betting market. A wager is only accepted and confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification within the Platform. Ratutogel reserves the right to reject, void, or limit any wager at its discretion without providing a reason, provided that any rejected stake is returned in full.
Ratutogel offers live and pre-match betting markets on, among others, Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, and UFC events. Odds are quoted in decimal format and are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and the odds displayed at the moment of your bet confirmation shall be the binding odds.
In the event that a wager is accepted at manifestly incorrect odds or under erroneous conditions due to a technical error or human mistake, Ratutogel reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes to the affected Users. We will not honour winnings derived from obvious system errors. All decisions in respect of error-related voiding are final and at Ratutogel's sole discretion.
For casino and live dealer games, the outcome of each round is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game events streamed from licensed studios. Ratutogel does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP figures represent long-term statistical return rates and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and/or forfeiture of balances:
Ratutogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time with or without prior notice, including where: (a) we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of this Agreement; (b) your Account is identified as posing a fraud, money laundering, or security risk; (c) you have provided false or misleading information; or (d) we are required to do so by any applicable regulatory instruction.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through their Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options range from temporary cooling-off periods to permanent exclusion. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the elected period. All content on the Ratutogel platform, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, game software, graphics, text, audio-visual material, data compilations, and database structures, is the exclusive property of Ratutogel or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted no right, title, or interest in any intellectual property on the Platform. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any Platform content without our prior express written consent. Unauthorised use may give rise to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ratutogel's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Ratutogel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any delay or disruption to the Platform; (c) any unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate security; or (d) gambling losses incurred in the course of normal Platform use.
Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Ratutogel is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
